About PLP 40+

About me

I’m Feran Abraham. I’m in my final year of medical school, and I work with professional women over 40 who want to take their health and physical capacity seriously.

My approach stems from living in both worlds, medicine and training. I see how physiology changes with age, stress, and workload, and how much potential is lost when women are given generic advice that ignores those realities.

PLP 40+ grew out of that gap as a private, high-touch service. It’s a way of working with a select number of women who carry responsibility, think clearly, and expect more from themselves. Women who don’t need motivation, but do need structure, clarity, and guidance that respects their life, their biology, and their standards.

My role is simple: to give you a framework that allows you to build a strong, lean, lab-healthy body that performs under pressure, a body that matches the level at which you already operate.

Who This Is For

This private online service is for you if you’re a woman over 40 who knows you operate at a high level and refuses to let your body become the thing that holds you back.

You Lead. You make decisions. You carry pressure. For years, you’ve put work, family, and everyone else first. Somewhere along the way, you started noticing the shift. Your energy isn’t as stable. Recovery takes longer. Strength doesn’t come as easily. The things that used to “work” don’t anymore.

Now that isn’t a personal failure, it's simply just an outcome of neglect. Your priorities are everywhere but yourself.

After 40, muscle mass declines. Bone density drops. Metabolic health becomes harder to maintain. Your body is changing whether you pay attention to it or not.

You’re standing at a point where that change can be passively managed, or intentionally rebuilt.

PLP 40+ is for women who choose to say no to simply just "aging".

What This Changes

This isn’t about chasing a look or ticking off a fitness goal. It’s about feeling physically capable again. About waking up with steady energy instead of dragging yourself through the day. About feeling strong in your own body and trusting that it can keep up with the life you’ve built.

The change starts quietly. In how you move, how you stand, how you carry yourself into rooms. Then it becomes unmistakable. You feel more present, more grounded, more in control.

A strong, lean, lab-healthy body doesn’t just look different, it performs under pressure. It gives you back a sense of authority over yourself.

This work isn’t just about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the version of you that feels capable, composed, and powerful in her own skin but different.
